Moon comes for you...

We're freshly in the change of the seasons, but northern or southern hemisphere it's been felt early. We're animals after all, most of our 'involuntary functions', like 20K breaths a day, conversion of chemicals into proteins and the like is hard wired into the timing of the seasons. The flow of nature has us surrounded don't be stupid. It's a full moon this week, the Harvest Moon Wednesday. so the trump of the week happens on hump day.

Monday thru Wednesday is all set up for the full moon. Like all momentum events the waxing moon is substantially more powerful just before she crests. Early in the week we should take heed of psychic hints and keep the safety on the trigger. Best to tighten things up and do some checkin's with your intimates. On the bigger issues things that you don't want to drag through another cycle should be completed or destructed.

Mercury tangos with both Pluto and Mars before the Full Moon. Words can be as explosive as depleted uranium ammunition. There is always time for a breath. It's good Kung Fu, the warrior is always at peace, the best battle never fought. So getting a few of those 20K breaths a day into the conscious is a powerful tool, and could save you some grief and drama. If you feel the heart rate pulse up you know you're breathing with your collarbone, you have to drop it back down into your pelvis. It takes just an instant and your blood chemistry changes.

Ricochet words and retorts could hit innocents. Not just in the Kung Fu movies but in real life it's possible to elevate in these terse situations and drop a line that isn't expected, even by you, and diffuse the situation and get to the deeper stuff. Turning the other cheek isn't about getting hit again it's more offering another face of the truth.

Ahmadinejad the PM of Iran is in New York, I really hope him and George don't bump into each other until after the full moon or it could get schoolyard nasty.

Wednesday the Moon is full at 12:45pm Pacific time. It's all about receiving the bounty, it's a combination of Aries and Libra, it has passion and discretions, discernment and involvement. Even if you live in a high rise dancing amongst the crops and giving some thanks can be pulled off. They say the more grateful you are the more you have to be grateful for.

Thursday and Friday we have post full moon glow and she is in Aries so it's got energy and passion. We can physically use it to do some of those projects that take a short burst and flurry. Cutting, chopping, sweeping are all great uses of it. It also is a great way to get the stream of consciousness flowing sweetly and is as good as a long walk to think some things through.

Mercury and Mars both change signs before the weekend, Mercury into Scorpio and Mars into Cancer. Both are water signs. Mercury could spit some secrets for the next few weeks, if you don't want it known don't do it! That's the world we live in, It's an elevating thing, satya, a yogic principle to just live truly. The flipside is to let the freak in you out in the open, it's not that freaky and the world needs it right now anyway.

Mars in Cancer is an emotional time bomb I'm not going to coat it. A month or more of seeing where the deep issues are festering. We can use it as a transit to spiral up to another level or just feel like reality has it out for you. On the macro level the headlines for foreign policy will look like the Pro Wrestlers promotional commercials.

Saturday and Sunday we have that monthly lurch from the verve of Aries moon into the happy sloth of Taurus. If you cleaned up the farm you can just sit around and enjoy. Santosa is another yogic principle that implies contentment with your surroundings. It's not easy and it's not new. It is powerful. With the way the week has been you can easily look to see someone else that's worse off then you. This should be a last resort technology though. Just feeling content to be alive, relieved of the pressure to 'figure it out' is liberating, invigorating and the transformation is as real as it gets.

MoonWeek Gemini thru Virgo

Did that eclipse full moon knock you back? Lift you up? It certainly didn't leave anyone alone that's for sure. We're still in this 'Lunar cocoon' and each action or inaction is a preset for the next cycle. To live the life for NOW as you want to be. Experiment with it, we're always waiting until things are right or perfect. Maybe perfect is waiting for us.

Monday we start the week with the moon in babble, airy and light Gemini. Should be a relief for most. Take care not to commit to everything that comes up. Later in the week you won't have the follow through that you thought you did.
Mars squares Uranus, Venus then tangles with Mars and the Sun hard angles Jupiter. What a clusterfuk! All within 3 hours in the afternoon. It can be a reorienting in what you feel is the balance of the masculine/feminine blending in your life. It can also sharpen the tongue and quicken the comebacks so speech should be treated as a potential weapon. Don't play with fire or knives. It will be some potent energy to ply into your art or relationship if you choose to step into it you won't get stepped on.

Tuesday we still are in overly communicative Gemini. Rather then resist it there are lots of ways to move with it. It's great for brainstorming by groups or pairs, getting down some creative energy on the canvas, disc or page. Inside this eclipse cycle all actions are magnified so if you want to hook up with the person in the mirror and have a little chat the effects could be long lasting. Any issue you're unsure of you can see in various new ways, it's a great day for just unconditional flirting, even if it's with yourself!

Wednesday we slip from Gemini into Cancer. One of the most drastic transitions of the zodiac to be sure, now we move from the realm of the mental to the emotional and feelings are amplified for the next few days. These are the roots of the emotional tree, rather then just endure it dive into it, discover where they are attached deep inside you. See where the well of your emotions truly springs from. It's a part of us that overwhelms many, but like most overwhelming things when you get acquainted with it the past week's, 'oh my gawd' in angst is todays, 'whahooo OH MY GOD! "in a curious surprised cartoon voice yelp.

The difference is more then the caps key, it's a continual experiment to ride this complexity that is being human and the blending of the emotional/mental/physical is a constant braid we learn from. many are realizing can influence IT by just how we think.

Not as simplistic as glass half full technology but as easy to apply. Mercury has moved into Libra for a quick tour. Like two weeks of communication on the proverbial diplomat. There will be a lot of playing nice, the undercurrent could be a mixed bag of motivations. Alliances started or reinforced now are important; if they are not made in an honest and clear way they could be fatal in personal and global aspects. My grandfather used to say, "I trust them all up front, then you know quick who the weasels are." In the global realm the extremely strange bedfellows mattress is getting crowded. We get to watch the violent soap opera get sickly sweet for a few weeks.

Thursday is a chance to purge, mostly non-physical, but if you are likely to throw things while venting put away the fine china. There are homeopaths that say when you're sick you get rid of more bacteria and the like then the original infection. So when it comes pouring out let it pour, feel it as the release it is, like finally getting into the porta potty after a twenty minute wait, bladder on extreme danger setting. It's a simple pleasure but real. So don't stifle sneezes, cough like you mean it and if the tears show up get a towel not a tissue.

Like the organic system that must rid the body first of the habitat for dis-ease, our mind/heart can be purged of the habitat for self-critical thinking, judgmental philosophies and cynical mindsets. Like the body where once clear the necessary microbes and cells for health flourish so in the mind/heart creativity, compassion and just plain old open mindedness flow right in.

Friday that button pushing, emotional stabbing is so yesterday. The moon moves into Leo. We're all loving it. This whole 'eclipse cocoon' doesn't' have to be all heavy. There is positive drama! We can live life as theatre, shrug off the unspoken 'public ness' of stifling each other. So it's okay to laugh hysterically with a friend in the grocery store, tickle in the crosswalk, break out in Shakespeare during a meeting. Well okay maybe not but if you can't apply a little entertaining dramatics to communicate you might want to reconsider who your meetings are with. Bottom line this is a highly aspected Leo moon and we all can remind ourselves not to listen to the unspoken 'collective voice', we often suppress playfulness and theatrics with the, 'not here', or 'they' will freak out. There are rarely 'no laughing or playing' signs posted. So practice wiping them from your subconscious. Second hand fun thrills!

Saturday you want to remember that we're in the 'dark phase' of the lunar cycle. It's sure to stir up ghosts -some that are still alive- and strange dreams. It's the time to take to the curb what you don't want to go another cycle with. It can be a mental and emotional recycling too. Some of that gets attached to the clutter around the pad. It's that way with every lunar cycle, survey your worlds and cut off energy to what you don't want and get magnetized toward that you do. Except, yes here I go again, we're in an 'eclipse cocoon' so it's all got extra bonus points written all over it. Small efforts now can stick and will grow exponentially during the next cycled.

Venus turns direct today and we have all learned a bit on our perspective about what is beautiful about life. Look back over the time since the first of August. Absorb any lessons you've learned in this arena. Venus also has boots and leather in her closet so it's not all angels and goddess' floating on seashells. Athena has come back and she ain't playin'!

Sunday the moon moves into Virgo, yes check all systems with the Uber-mind of the Virgonian. We're in the sign that the Solar eclipse will be in. This is truly the darkest of the dark; the eclipse is on Tuesday, September 11th. I'll get to that next week.

Here at the end in an instant you can do all 'the work', it's not that complicated, each one of us know right from wrong no matter what the greater culture has fed us. We can sink into the depths of our being or float into the reaches of the infinite instantly right now. It just takes intention and focus. This window is vital, to forgive, to employ hard-core compassion, starting with the person in the mirror. The tsunami of awareness is going to happen, we all have a drop of that wave, we are that wave. Send and receive what you think is optimum reality. Life is not a spectator sport.
